Where do we meet?+
We can deliver to your hotel, a central piazza, or any agreed location within Rome's historic centre. Just let us know when you book.
Do I need any physical ability?+
The exoskeleton is designed for all mobility levels. If you can walk unaided, you can use NextWalk. Our fitting takes 5 minutes and includes a short calibration walk.
What if it rains?+
The Hypershell is splash-resistant. We monitor weather and can reschedule at no cost if conditions are unsafe.
Is it comfortable to wear?+
Absolutely. The device weighs under 1.5 kg and is designed to feel like a natural extension of your body within minutes of wearing it.
Can children use it?+
The device fits adults from size S to XXL (from 155 cm). We currently don't offer children's sizes.
How do I pay?+
Payment is collected at the time of fitting by credit card. No upfront charges required when booking via WhatsApp.
